Where is the tool made?

The 7 in 1 Multi tool is provided by the company Survival Life. Survival life is a blog/store that is very prominent in the prepping/survival space. If you haven’t checked them out already, I highly suggest that you do. You can find them here: Survival Life. Survival life have been running multiple deals where the only price you have to pay is shipping, awesome right?.

Build Quality

The 7 in 1 multi tool is made entirely out of metal…You will struggle to find anything remotely like this in the same price bracket. This is what makes the tool so appealing. The tool is held together of primarily screws as opposed to standard rivets. This means that the tool can be disassembled with ease should you ever need to. There have been stories of the knife being difficult to fold out so a quick loosening of the retaining screw can remedy this.

This is by far the most important aspect of your decision making to which multi tool will serve its purpose best for you. As the name suggests the multi tool is equipped with 7 different tools to ensure that you are more than prepared for any eventuality when SHTF. The attached components are:

  • Needle Nose Pliers
  • Wire Cutters
  • 1.5″ Razor Sharp Blade
  • Can Opener
  • Mini Phillips Screw Driver
  • Caribina For Easy Transportation
  • Serrated Edge

As you can see, the small tool is very well equipped for its size. Admittedly this does make it somewhat heavier than some other multi tools on the market today!.

The Good Points

Please Note: Some points have been taken from other reviewers as to provide the most honest review as possible for you.

  • Excellent, spring loaded pliers/wire cutters. Strong and durable enough for most tasks.
  • Excellent build quality and design.
  • Fully equipped for any eventuality.

The Bad Points

  • The blade is rather small and such isn’t very effective for advanced tasks. Will work just fine fo opening bags and cutting rope, etc.
  • Phillips screwdriver is non-retractable. This means that it is permanently out.
  • No flat head screwdriver on the tool.
